Mechanical (HVAC) Project Manager / Estimator – Pontiac, MI

Pay Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Scope of Work:

The Mechanical (HVAC) Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for estimating and managing industrial and commercial mechanical construction projects from estimating through project closeout. This role requires experience with HVAC estimating, mechanical systems, project management, and customer coordination. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, preparing cost estimates, managing project schedules, procuring materials, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring successful project execution. Candidates should be comfortable reviewing plans and specifications and willing to travel approximately 25%.

Requirements:

• 5+ years HVAC experience

• HVAC estimating experience

• Project management experience

• Mechanical systems knowledge

• Industrial project experience

• Commercial project experience

• Blueprint reading skills

• Valid driver's license

• Clean driving record

• No DUI/OWI (5 years)

• No drug/alcohol driving offenses

• Background check

• Drug screen

• Travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications:

• Michigan Mechanical Contractor's License

• AutoCAD experience

• Procore experience

• Mechanical design knowledge

• Cost control experience

• Multi-project management
