Full job description

This is a hands-on position combining building maintenance and cleaning. Responsibilities include minor repairs, plumbing, patching and painting, changing filters and lightbulbs, general upkeep, cleaning floors, and deep cleaning the kitchen, bathrooms, and other areas as needed. The hours are Monday through Thursday, approximately 11:00 AM until closing, typically between 8:00 and 8:30 PM. This is a full-time position paying $25 per hour.
