Assistant Project Manager
Description
-Assist the Project Manager and Superintendent with day-to-day project execution.
-Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings/blueprints.
-Review drawings and scopes with field personnel and subcontractors to help ensure work is being installed correctly.
-Assist with coordinating subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and field activities.
-Perform regular site walks and help monitor project progress.
-Track outstanding field items and communicate issues to project leadership.
-Help maintain project schedules and coordinate upcoming activities.
-Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation.
-Take project photos and maintain organized field documentation.
-Help verify completed work against project plans, specifications, and scope.
-Assist with material takeoffs, procurement, and delivery coordination as needed.
Communicate with subcontractors and field crews in both English and Spanish.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $36.05/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
