About the role: Contract Buyer opportunity. You will take an active part in supporting our team working globally to achieve a net zero emissions environment. You will report to the Supply Chain Operations Team Lead and work in our Westinghouse New Stanton, PA site. This is a hybrid position. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support our teams to promote a culture where a high quality and teamwork is the norm 2. Purchase goods, materials and components following specified cost, quality, and delivery targets 3. Manage the procure to pay process from engagement through to Purchase Order issuance and ensuring payment 4. Process Purchase Requisitions, Request for Quotation, and create Purchase Orders 5. Monitor confirmations of Purchase Orders from the suppliers 6. Manage on time deliveries 7. Resolve issues related to Purchase Orders and Invoices 8. Improve cost savings and reductions 9. Collaborate with your internal customers, suppliers and company partners 10. Report your achievements on a daily, weekly and monthly basis 11. Support our further development by identification and implementation of improvements 12. Open mind to development with focus in areas of continuous improvement Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2. No experience required, 3. 3 years in a corporate environment, in operational areas (supply chain, nuclear or technical areas). 4.
