Development/Construction Management Intern
Location: Kansas City, MO
*This role is onsite in Kansas City
The NorthPoint Development Internship Program is an 8-10 week experience designed to immerse students in the fast-paced world of real estate and development. The Development/Construction Management Intern will work on meaningful projects, gaining valuable exposure to the industry while building skills that will carry into their future careers.
What You'll Do

Assist with project due diligence, including market research and preliminary budgeting.

Help track development schedules and update timelines for key milestones.

Coordinate and gather bids for pre-construction activities.

Support permit applications and organize documentation for approvals.

Contribute to project reporting and participate in team meetings.
Who You Are

Currently pursuing a Bachelor-s degree in civil engineering or construction management.

Strong communicator with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Energetic, resourceful, and eager to learn in a hands-on environment.

Able to approach problems both logically and creatively.

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
