SAP America, Inc. seeks an IT Technology Services Senior Specialist (multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to design and provide systems, applications, products and services to optimize or automate business processes, improve work efficiency and provide expert support in operations. Revises and updates existing programs and provide required documentation. Facilitates the service lifecycle and product lifecycle. Deliver outcomes of assigned projects. Work independently on topics while setting priorities having sole responsibility. Resolve complex issues in own area (e.g. cross-functional or cross-country projects). Decisions or solutions can enhance essentially current and future. Enhance complex systems or processes. Advance technical or business or project skills relevant for job. Represents SAP to customers. Communicates clear and conveying processes and policies in a way that others can understand. Advocates for the end user by having a deep understanding of end user needs, behaviors and usage patterns. Promotes the role of User Experience, through understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies and practices and ability to integrate those into current and future development efforts. Execute technical feasibility studies or solution reviews define or review technical blueprint for internal IT projects customize and develop enhancement implement the solutions. Provide technical documentation for operation, acts as across functional technology expert to execute and support problem management and continuous improvement. Participate in de-escalation activities. Contribute to the build to run engagement. Contribute to the definition of technical standards and frameworks. BASE SALARY RANGE: $127,525 to $216,128 per year COMP RANGE INCLUSIVE OF BASE SALARY & VARIABLE INCENTIVE TARGET: $144,500 to $245,600 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/wk - Hybrid Work Model. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 2. Experience must involve four (4) years in the following: 3. SAP Basis architecture and technical leadership across enterprise SAP landscapes, reviewing solution design and providing architectural guidance on Unix, Linux, and Windows platforms; 4. SAP S/4HANA implementation, system conversion, and OS/DB migration using SWPM and SUM with DMO; 5. Cloud architecture and migration across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments; 6. Database administration backup, restore, monitoring, and performance tuning utilizing SAP HANA, HA, DR, HSR, Oracle, MS SQL, and DB2; 7. Integrating SAP systems with external platforms including ADS, Vertex, MuleSoft, OpenText, SAP BODS, CCMS, TREX, Salesforce, SuccessFactors, and Snowflake; 8. SAP system management utilizing SAP Cloud Connector, DAA/DPA agents, SAP Solution Manager ChaRM, SPAM and SAINT; 9. SAP Basis administration including system monitoring, performance tuning, management, job scheduling, and production support; and 10. Agile project delivery utilizing Scrum, SAFe, and ITIL frameworks. 11. Position does require up to 20% domestic and international travel to various unanticipated Customer Sites and SAP offices for workshops, implementation, and go live support. Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $127,525 - $216,128. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP's commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $144,500 - $245,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
