Business Processes Senior Consultant - REF2861M

SAP America, Inc. seeks a Business Processes Senior Consultant (multiple positions available) at our Newtown Square, PA location to drive business consulting by translating the customer's vision into solutions. Map business processes to solution requirements. Support the transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise. Drive change management to achieve business transformation objectives. Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions (on-premise, cloud and hybrid), applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards. Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes. Drive deployment of best practice business processes for specific LoBs or industries. Support pre-sales activities. Perform solution reviews and feasibility studies. Support escalated projects. Occasionally take over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for service delivery. Support line manager(s) in people development tasks. Deliver customer workshops and trainings. Support in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success. Introduce SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates, standard content and experience. Create project documentation and documentation of delivered services. Support the evolution of the relevant section of the services portfolio for the respective solution area and key related areas. Owner of a service and/or supports updates to the portfolio. Support in solution testing and issue resolution. Mentor business process consultants. BASE SALARY RANGE: $127,525 to $196,010 per year COMP RANGE INCLUSIVE OF BASE SALARY & VARIABLE INCENTIVE TARGET: $135,600 to $230,600 per year WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hrs/wk - Hybrid Work Model. JOB REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field of study and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 2. Experience must involve four (4) years in the following: 3. SAP Human Capital Management applications and Integration points; 4. SAP Payroll application; 5. Programming languages including ABAP or JAVA; 6. SAP Root Cause Analysis; and 7. Business Process Performance Optimization and Analysis of SAP HCM and related interfaces. 8. Position does require up to 30% domestic and international travel to various unanticipated customer sites and SAP offices to provide customer services. Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $127,525 - $196,010. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $135,600 - $230,600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
