The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,500-$140,000 at the time of posting. Translate business strategy into actionable plans that balance service, cost, and growth objectives. Facilitate a structured monthly IBP cycle to enable proactive, data-driven decision-making. Align operational execution plans with financial targets to achieve business performance goals. Govern IBP standards, planning calendars, decision forums, and planning governance processes. Collaborate with senior leaders to foster agreement on priorities, risks, opportunities, and important business decisions. Act as a reliable consultant to executives, offering consistent high-quality insights and outcomes. Lead executive discussions on risks, trade-offs, assumptions, and strategic priorities.
