Key Responsibilities: As a Demand Manager, you will... Own demand planning performance by developing, monitoring, and reporting key KPIs (e.g., OTIF, forecast accuracy, inventory health metrics such as DSI, excess, and aging) and driving continuous improvement. Lead forecasting processes by analyzing historical data, market trends, seasonality, and customer insights to generate accurate forecasts and recommend adjustments to align with demand changes. Drive forecast accuracy improvements through regular reporting, root-cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to optimize forecasting methods, hierarchy, and processes. Lead the monthly S&OP/SIOP process, aligning demand plans with inventory strategies and partnering with supply chain teams to set and manage inventory targets (e.g., safety stock, reorder points) and ensure execution. Collaborate cross-functionally and externally (sales, production, customers) to close gaps between forecast and business plans, improve service levels, and identify opportunities for inventory optimization and SKU rationalization.
