What We Offer
Clinical Administrator I
Locations: Greensboro, NC
Family Medicine
Schedule: Full-Time | Leadership Role
Hours: Hours may vary based on operational and patient care needs
Manages, supervises and coordinates all functions and activities related to the operations of physician practices, complex management responsibility (i.e., billing and collecting), and/or special projects, (i.e. practice start up), as directed by Administration. This is an experienced, moderate to high level practice management position with a comparable level of complexity. Practice scope is moderately complex for number of providers, staff and revenue with a larger geographical area and possible practices in 2 or more locations.
What We're Looking For

Education: Must meet one of the following: Four year Bachelor's degree; or Associate's degree with four years of relevant professional experience; or eight years of relevant professional experience, required.

Licensure/certification/registration: One-plus years of practice manager experience preferred with a Bachelor's degree, preferred.

Additional skills required: Current and future trends/practice in area of responsibility; regulatory and governing standards, policies and procedures; information systems and software used in area of responsibility; equipment used in performing assigned duties; application of safety and infection control policies and procedures; skills in interviewing and selection process; understanding of budgeting, staffing, payroll and purchasing processes; implementation of competency, feedback, development and progressive discipline processes; teambuilding, conflict management, and interpersonal relationship skills; principles of adult learning and teaching methods/models; decision making, project leadership and consultation, delegation and communication skills; understanding of customer needs and expectations and knowledge for improvement to exceed customer expectations.
