Pay Range: $26.55 - $39.85

This position is Sign-on Bonus eligible POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 sign-on bonus, provided the candidate meets the eligibility requirements
  • Relocation Assistance: $5,000 Relocation Assistance for qualified candidates
  • Location: Greensboro, NC Neurosurgery & Spine Clinic
  • Shift Schedule: Full Time

YOU’LL NEED:

  • Graduate of an institution accredited by an agency that ARRT recognizes in Radiologic Technology
  • Must be registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date. BLS required

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Performs and assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

  • Documents patient history pertaining to specific procedure on requisition submitted by physician.

  • Confirms patient identification by verbal confirmation and validating proof of identity.

  • Prepares and administers contrast media as required.

  • Consults with radiologist and other physicians as necessary.

  • Selects and operates equipment as dictated by demands of individual procedure and demonstrates correct and adequate anatomic positioning skills.

  • Maintains appropriate records as required by departmental standards.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development and demonstrates the skills and competency appropriate to the ages, culture, developmental stages, and special needs of the patient population served.
