Key Responsibilities As an Insurance Producer, your responsibilities will include:

• Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

• Sell and cross-sell insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through ongoing communication, service, and policy reviews

• Stay informed about insurance products, services, and applicable compliance requirements

• Use CRM tools to manage leads, track follow-ups, and monitor policy renewals
