Clearance Needed: TS/SCI

Are you ready to put your Information Operations expertise to work on complex projects in support of an exciting mission focused on the Indo-Pacific region? The ideal candidate will be a self-starter able to work across multiple staff sections to self-task and guide J3 activities to combat drug-related transnational crime.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Work closely with J2/J3 cross-functional teams to plan and integrate MISO / PSYOP / IW or IO activities into combatting drug-related transnational crime

  • Apply methodology and best practices to operational risk assessments and strategic planning; assist with production and implementation of comprehensive, long-term, fully integrated strategies

  • Support assessment and evaluation of information operations; assist in the development and tracking of Measures of Effectiveness (MOE) and Measures of Performance (MOP)

  • Plan, coordinate, and synchronize strategic operations, activities, and investments (OAIs) across the PACOM AOR; integrate Operations in the Information Environment (OIE) objectives into operational plans

  • Conduct and apply Target Audience Analysis (TAA) to inform influence strategies

  • Collaborate with law enforcement partners and PACOM counterparts as required

  • Capture lessons learned, analyze deficiencies and connect findings to learning events to improve operational outcomes, etc.

  • Support development of planning workflows and dashboard capabilities, including AI-enabled workflow tools

  • Prepare agendas and read-aheads to support planning events, capture decisions, and assign and track actions as required

  • Prepare and deliver briefings to leadership, operational customers, and partner organizations as required

Required Education/Experience

  • Demonstrable experience planning Information Operations, Psychological Operations (PSYOP/MISO), or Special Operations (SOF) planning

  • Effective organizational, planning, and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently while responding promptly to requests for information

  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment; ability to manage changing priorities effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings and external organizations

  • Highly proficient in SharePoint, Microsoft Office tools, and data-sharing tools and databases (e.g Command and Control of the Information Environment (C2IE) and Maven Smart System (MSS)

  • Valid US Passport

  • Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility

Preferred Experience

  • Graduate of Psychological Operations Qualification Course (POQC), Joint Information Operations Planner Course (JIOPC), Military Deception (MILDEC) Planner Course or equivalent

  • Experience supporting PACOM / CCMD -23 or -39 directorates

  • Previous experience supporting DoD, counter-drug, and law enforcement missions

Security Clearance Requirement:

An active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
