Commercial Loan Post Processor

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Commercial Lending & Operations Full-Time | Onsite Oconomowoc, WI At Bank Five Nine, we're focused on building meaningful relationships and helping businesses thrive. As a community bank committed to exceptional service, we're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Commercial Loan Post Processor to join our Commercial Lending & Operations team. In this role, you'll help ensure commercial loans are accurately documented, compliant, and properly recorded. You'll work closely with lenders, loan operations staff, attorneys, title companies, and other stakeholders to support the commercial loan process from closing through file maintenance. This is an onsite position based in our Oconomowoc office. The schedule falls within standard business hours, Monday through Friday.What You'll Do Assemble and review commercial loan documentation for accuracy and completeness. Verify proper signatures, dates, legal descriptions, collateral information, and other required documentation. Record real estate documents and file UCC financing statements. Maintain commercial loan files and ensure documentation is properly organized and retained. Order and track appraisals and other required documentation. Update hazard insurance information and assist with collateral maintenance. Support compliance with bank policies and applicable state and federal regulations. Respond to inquiries from internal and external customers in a professional and timely manner. Assist with department projects and year-end activities as needed.What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial loan processing, post-closing, loan operations, banking, or a related financial services role. Familiarity with commercial loan documentation, UCC filings, real estate recordings, or SBA lending. Experience with LaserPro is a plus.Don't Meet Every Qualification?
