Full job description
Job Duties: - Manage and service a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction - Respond to client inquiries and provide timely, accurate guidance on coverage and policy matters - Explain insurance products, coverage options, and policy obligations in a clear, client-friendly manner - Assist with policy servicing, including renewals, endorsements, and updates - Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and support - Communicate effectively with clients, including Eastern European clients, primarily in English; additional proficiency in Russian, Ukrainian, or Romanian is a plus but is not required for the position - Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all client interactions and documentation - Support clients with commercial and/or trucking insurance needs, as applicable ::: {dir="ltr"} Minimum Requirements: ::: - Education: None required - Experience required: 6 months - License/Certification: Property and Casualty license - No alternate requirements accepted; no supervisory duties; no travel required
