We are looking for an outgoing, customer service oriented and dedicated plumbing mechanic with 4+ years' experience in residential service and installation. Responsibilities: 1. Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial applications 2. Knowledge of the mechanical operation of equipment such as pumps, boilers, water heaters, and other plumbing components 3. Ability to read plans, drawings, specifications, and work orders to determine work requirements and sequence of repairs and/or installations 4. Performs preventative maintenance work as required 5. Skilled in the use of hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade 6. Knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and safety practices 7. Familiarity with PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper ## Qualifications 1. Effective oral communication and interpersonal skills 2. Ability to complete projects unsupervised and unassisted 3. Excellent problem-solving skills 4. Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously 5. Proficiency in basic mathematics and conversation of measurements 6. Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, such as PPE, safety procedures and/or the maintenance of a clean work area 7. Basic mathematics and conversion of measurements 8. Must have a valid driver's license 9. Be at least 18 years of age 10. Ability to do physical labor including lifting associated with profession 11. Ability to work in all weather 12. Bending at the waist, kneeling r crouching, squatting, crawling; heights, ascend/descend ladder, climb or balance, confined spaces. 2. Eyesight corrected or uncorrected sufficient to read a variety of materials including but not limited to fine print. 3. Hearing with or without use of hearing aid(s) sufficient to hear any conversation with others; understandable voice and speech patterns. 4. Manual dexterity and coordination sufficient to operate tools and equipment of the trade. 5. Sitting, standing and/or walking for extended periods of time. 6. Use hands to handle and/or feel; reach with hands and arms. 7. Must occasionally lift, push, pull or carry up to fifty (50) pounds. 8. Work in outdoor conditions: Heat/Cold inclement weather 9.
