Homewatch CareGivers of Austin is hiring in-home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), Home Health Aides (HHA), and Personal Care Providers. You work with a small set of clients you get to know well, on a schedule built around your availability.

Where You'd Work: Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, Lakeway, West Lake Hills

What You Get

  • In-person support and check-ins from your care coordinator

What You'll Do

  • Provide companionship and keep clients safe at home

  • Assist with personal care and daily living activities, following the care plan

  • Help with laundry, light housekeeping, and meal preparation

  • Drive clients to appointments, errands, and shopping

  • Report changes in a client's condition to the care team

  • Complete 12 hours of annual training through Caregiver University

What We're Looking For

  • One or more years of caregiving experience in home care or a skilled facility

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable working independently

  • CNA, HHA, or PCP certification preferred

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
