Full job description
About Ande
We're a Series A startup building an AI-native platform that connects Enterprises and Hospitality across the entire booking experience, backed by top-tier investors including Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Sierra Ventures, and Bain Capital, and led by a serial entrepreneur with offices in NYC and SF. We help companies turn every dinner, event, and offsite into something effortless to plan and a breeze to manage, plugging right into the tools they already use.
About the Role Corporate teams spend billions every year on business entertainment, from client dinners and private events to catering, live events and gifts, and almost none of it runs through purpose-built software. Ande is building the one place where companies book all of it, with AI doing the work that used to fall on people. We're looking for a Group Product Manager to lead our marketplace: everything a company can book on Ande. You'll lead a team of product managers, set strategy across a broad and growing portfolio, and work closely with the partners who make it possible. AI is at the center of the experience, so you'll shape how every part of the portfolio comes to life through it. AI isn't a feature we bolted on, it's the foundation of our product and how we run the company: we automate what can be automated so people spend their time on judgment, not busywork. As a product leader here, you'll prototype ideas yourself, get answers from data without waiting on anyone, and ship faster than you're probably used to.
What You'll Do
-
Own strategy, roadmap and results for Ande's marketplace, across every category of corporate entertainment we offer
-
Lead, coach and grow a team of product managers, and hire the next PMs as the portfolio expands
-
Run the portfolio like a business: make clear investment calls across categories and hold each one to ambitious goals
-
Bring new categories to market and grow the ones we have
-
Build relationships with key partners, and own the integrations that make their offerings part of Ande
-
Shape an AI-first booking experience that people trust with real money and real relationships
-
Partner with engineering, design, data and other product leaders to deliver one seamless experience
-
Work with go-to-market and operations teams to drive adoption and growth
What We're Looking For
-
10+ years of Product Management experience, including 3+ years leading product managers
-
You've led a portfolio of products or lines at once, owning commercial outcomes and deciding where to invest across them
-
Deep experience building with partners, both the integrations and the commercial relationships behind them
-
AI-native in how you build and how you work; you've led products where an AI agent or LLM-driven experience is central, and you know what it takes to build an AI experience people trust with real money
-
A commercial, data-driven operator; you invest where the numbers say, stop what isn't working, and explain tradeoffs crisply to leadership
-
A builder of teams; you hire well, coach PMs to own their area end to end, and create clarity across a growing org
-
Strong technical fluency; comfortable going deep with engineering on integrations, APIs and AI systems
-
High agency; you spot what matters, take ownership, and run without waiting for permission
Bonus Points
-
You've led a marketplace or booking product, especially in dining, travel, ticketing, events or experiences
-
Experience building for corporate or enterprise buyers
-
You've launched new product lines through partnerships
-
You've grown with a company from early scale to the next stage, and stepped up from leading PMs to leading a product org
Why This Role Matters Lead the core of what we do: every booking on Ande runs through the marketplace you own, and its growth is the company's growth. Build a portfolio and a team at the same time. Work directly with founders and leadership on strategy and execution. Small team, high ownership: your decisions ship, fast. Help define what a marketplace looks like when AI is at its center, early enough that your fingerprints are on everything. Equal Employment Opportunity
Ande is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to building a diverse and inclusive team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates and will consider all applicants for employment without regard to any legally protected status
