CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsibilities and tasks are written as follows: Performs all types of building repairs including masonry including tuck pointing, concrete and finishing, and epoxy flooring. Experience preferred in carpentry, roofing installation, shoring, painting, sewers, snow removal, and plumbing, Performs and understands the installation/layout of all pipes Understands current plumbing codes and all sewer cleaning equipment. Performs soldering and working with pro press system Demonstrates welding skills Knowledge of the use of copper stainless steel, galvanized steel, and PVC pipes Demonstrates thorough skills in maintenance renovation and constructions of all types. Analyzes and plans work. Demonstrates knowledge of wood structure of old buildings. Safely operates maintenance and construction tools.
