The duties and responsibilities vary, but may include:Team Supervision and SupportServe as point of contact for student desk attendantsProvide support and mentorship to undergraduate leadsConduct periodic check-ins and facilitate peer feedbackAssist in hiring, onboarding, and training new student staffApprove timesheets at the end of each pay periodTrack performance, absences, late arrivals, and team moraleDevelop and maintain training documents and resource guidesLeadership DevelopmentHelp student-leads improve scheduling processesCommunity BuildingFoster a sense of team through formal/informal gatheringsLead initiatives to improve engagement and team cohesionEvent Planning: Finals FestRecruit and lead a small committee of student workers each semesterFacilitate planning sessions that center student ideas and creativityManage logistics with Building Manager supportPromote the event to increase attendance and community engagementExecute and attend the eventKeep Zero-Waste philosophy in mind when planning the event
