Program Coordinator

Job description: We are looking to hire a Program Coordinator at our Tompkins County location. Hours: 40 hour work week, Monday through Friday Requirements for Program Coordinator: HS diploma with 5 years of experience in a human services setting, Bachelors degree with at least two years experience in a mental health setting or in a human services setting. Pay Range: 58k 63k per year Responsibilities for Program Coordinator Include: Provide the full range of supervisory and administrative functions for several programs. Represent the agency at county and other meetings. Participate in staff recruiting and hiring. Conduct regular staff meetings. Maintain a positive work environment that contributes to team building. Oversee client care, including crisis services and assure all services are provided on a timely and regular basis. Participate in the referral and interview process for new client admission and planning for discharges. Assure that all billing is accurate and complete according to Medicaid or other regulatory guidelines. On-call responsibilities.
