Full job description

THE ROLE: Manager, Business Intelligence | Hospitality & Merchandise Insights LOCATION: Buffalo Bills - Highmark Stadium | Orchard Park, NY

ABOUT LEGENDS GLOBAL Legends Global is the premier partner to the world’s greatest live events, venues, and brands. We deliver a fully integrated suite of premium services through a white-label model that keeps our partners front and center — from feasibility and project development to sales, partnerships, hospitality, merchandise, venue management, and world-class content and booking.

With a global network of more than 450 venues, hosting 20,000 events and welcoming 165 million guests annually, Legends Global brings unmatched scale, expertise, and connectivity to help our partners grow. The Legends Global Way guides how we operate: Align, Scale, Connect, Team, Win — shared success, repeatable systems, connected solutions, unstoppable teams, and wins that are earned every day.

THE ROLE Hospitality and Merchandise Insights is the conduit to a future-proofed operation — building bridges from data to insight to real-world decision making, behavior change, and, ultimately, transformative business impact. The Manager, Business Intelligence is how that mission intersects with day-to-day operations. This is a high-visibility, matrixed consulting role. The Manager will be embedded with operations across a key portfolio of live music venues, working side-by-side with concessions, operations, and hospitality leadership to turn data into evidence-based decisions.

Backed by the center-of-excellence within Legends Global Insights, the Manager serves as an on-the-ground ambassador for quality and analytical rigor, while driving adoption of AI-enabled tools and operational best practices that scale across the Legends Global portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & OUTCOMES)

Consulting & Stakeholder Partnership

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships, developing deep contextual knowledge of each venue’s physical configuration, technology stack, and decision-making cycles.
  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to concessions, operations, and hospitality leadership — translating data into evidence-based decisions.

Insights Delivery & Analytics

  • Design and deploy pricing, product, placement, and promotion strategies.
  • Build and maintain reporting— including visualizations, heat maps, and executive presentations — that meet quality standards and are built for operators’ adoption.
  • Lead the monthly business review process, transforming data to performance narratives that articulate what changed, why it matters, and what action is warranted.
  • Analyze variable labor and cost of goods data to identify efficiency opportunities and build solutions that improve margin without compromising the guest experience.
  • Complete high-impact ad-hoc analytics projects with speed and quality.

AI-Enabled Workflows & Innovation

  • Use AI tools to accelerate insight generation, reduce time-to-answer on recurring analyses, and free capacity for higher-order strategic work.
  • Design and build AI-enabled workflows that improve the speed, consistency, and scalability of high integrity Insights deliverables across the portfolio.
  • Critically validate AI-generated outputs, evaluating for accuracy, relevance, and business fit — maintaining the analytical rigor and credibility that are non-negotiable standards.
  • Partner with the Legends Global stakeholders center-of-excellence to pilot, adopt, and scale emerging tools and best practices across the portfolio.

WHAT YOU BRING (QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE)

Experience & Education

  • 2–4 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, consulting, or a client-facing role with a strong quantitative component — in hospitality or live entertainment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, statistics, economics, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent demonstrated experience.

Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytical programming language (Python or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and workflow automation.
  • Hands-on experience with data visualization tools Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent with a demonstrated ability to build reporting products that operators actually use.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools including large language models (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) as active components of an analytics workflow.
  • Proven ability to translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and defensible recommendations.
  • Experience communicating complex findings to non-technical audiences in writing, in visualizations, and in the room.
  • Can demonstrate how data-driven work changed a decision or unlocked measurable value.

Ways of Working

  • A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and a bias toward insight over reporting.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrixed, hybrid environment
  • Collaborative by default; willing to co-create solutions with end users.
  • Holds a high bar for data quality and is willing to defend it.

WORK ENVIRONMENT & TRAVEL

  • This is an onsite role based in Orchard Park, NY

At Legends Global, our people power every success. You’ll work alongside exceptional talent, learn from world-leading experts, and contribute to projects that set the standard across sports, entertainment, hospitality, and live experiences. If you’re driven to operate at the highest level, build with purpose, and help partners win on the biggest stages, you’ll thrive here.

COMPENSATION The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 commensurate with experience, skills, and qualifications. Legends Global offers a competitive total rewards package, including medical, vision, dental, paid time off and 401K.
