Full job description
General Description: The Reliability Engineer supports equipment and process reliability initiatives at Artiflex Manufacturing. This position works closely with maintenance technicians, production, and the engineering team to ensure optimal equipment performance, reduce unplanned downtime, and implement preventive maintenance strategies. The Reliability Engineer also assists with planning and executing new equipment installations and process improvement projects. This role reports to the Engineering Manager. ** ** Responsibilities · Support and follow the Company Safety Program. · Provide advanced troubleshooting support for production equipment to minimize downtime. · Diagnose root causes of mechanical, electrical, and PLC-related issues. · Work directly with maintenance technicians to resolve recurring downtime problems. · Develop, schedule, and implement preventive maintenance (PM) plans for production equipment. · Collaborate with engineering and production to launch and integrate new equipment or process projects. · Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase uptime and process efficiency. · Other duties as required. ** ** Preferred Quali
