  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, communications, or stakeholder workflows in a healthcare business environment, and offer practical recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to support strategy enablement, sales enablement, and communication materials that help teams align key business priorities.

What you will learn:

During the internship, you will build a stronger understanding of the PBM industry, healthcare market dynamics, enterprise strategy, stakeholder management, executive communication, and how strategic priorities are translated into action across a complex organization.

Benefits:

  • Structured experience that connects academic learning with practical, real-world business and healthcare work.

  • Opportunities to meet business and healthcare professionals

  • Volunteer opportunities to make a difference in the community

  • Career development and learning opportunities

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Effective time management and organization skills

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, executive-facing environment where discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment are important.

  • Strong relationship-building skills

Preferred skills and interests:

  • Comfort working with ambiguous information; ability to synthesize information into clear written or visual materials.

Eligibility:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and entering junior or senior year by summer 2027, preferably in business, finance, economics, data science, public health, life sciences, healthcare administration, or another related field.
