This role is responsible for spend analysis, savings tracking, supplier cost change coordination, sourcing data management, and continuous process improvement. The analyst works closely with Sourcing, Finance, Operations, IT, and regional teams to ensure accurate information, streamlined workflows, and effective reporting. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset focused on leveraging technology and AI-enabled tools to automate tasks, improve data quality, and increase team productivity.Primary Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and maintain global vendor spend, savings, payment terms, and sourcing data files. Provide analysis and reporting to support sourcing decisions and leadership reviews. Coordinate and track supplier cost changes, including approvals, documentation, and system updates to ensure accurate pricing and visibility across the organization. Maintain CAPEX cost tracker to ensure accurate reporting and timely vendor payments. Provide support for purchasing requisitions as needed. Support RFQs, quote analysis, cost modeling, and total cost comparisons to assist sourcing teams with decision-making.
