Opportunity

Abt Global is seeking a temporary Talent Management & Learning Coordinator (temporary) to support high-priority Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR technology initiatives. This role will assist with the design, development, coordination, delivery, and maintenance of training programs and employee resources related to organizational learning, professional development, system implementations, and workforce capability building.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, technology-savvy, and interested in corporate learning, instructional design, project coordination, and talent development. The position will work closely with Learning & Development, HR, subject matter experts, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful development and delivery of employee learning solutions. This position is anticipated to work 10 hours per week through November 2027.

Core Responsibilities

Learning Program Development

  • Assist in the development of instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training programs.

  • Create and update training materials, presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, and job aids.

  • Support curriculum development efforts for employee, manager, and leader learning programs.

  • Help design learning activities, practice exercises, and learner resources.

Training Coordination & Delivery

  • Coordinate training schedules, communications, registration, and logistics.

  • Support facilitation of training sessions, office hours, and learner support events.

  • Partner with subject matter experts to gather content and validate training materials.

  • Monitor attendance, collect feedback, and support continuous improvement efforts.

HR Systems & Technology Enablement

  • Support learning initiatives related to enterprise systems and other business applications.

  • Update learning resources, quick reference guides, and knowledge repositories to reflect system enhancements and process changes.

  • Maintain learning content within learning and content management platforms.

Project Coordination

  • Support multiple concurrent learning and talent management projects.

  • Track deliverables, milestones, project documentation, and stakeholder feedback.

  • Assist with pilot programs, review cycles, testing activities, and launch readiness.

  • Coordinate project communications and follow-up activities.

Resource & Knowledge Management

  • Maintain and update learning resources on AGI, SharePoint, and other internal platforms.

  • Ensure training materials remain current, accurate, and accessible.

  • Organize project documentation, templates, and learning assets.

Data Collection & Reporting

  • Track learning metrics and project progress.

  • Compile participant feedback and prepare summary reports.

  • Assist with training evaluations and recommendations for improvement.

What We Value

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Education, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using Microsoft 365 applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.

  • Experience in Learning & Development, instructional design, talent development, or HR.

  • Experience creating training materials, job aids, or learner resources.

  • Familiarity with LMS, talent management, or HR systems.

  • Experience supporting system implementations or change management initiatives.

  • Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT.

What We Offer

This position offers an anticipated hourly rate of:

Graduate student: $28.00 per hour
