Summary
You will serve as a MANAGEMENT ANALYST within IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS.
Duties
- You will be responsible for incoming and outgoing staff administrative items requiring DNS, VDNS, VCNO, CNO, or senior leadership signature.
- You will coordinate and communicate to both senior organizations and subordinate organizations.
- You will assist with the overall administration of Chief of Naval Operations Awards programs.
- You will assist in reviewing, processing and issuance for presentation of all decorations, citations, certificates, unit awards and congratulatory letters.
- You will design, plan, write, and produce documentation including correspondence, reports, manuals, and other project deliverables to meet mission requirements.
Qualifications
For GS-11 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1.) Independently utilizing Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to analyze data; develop and maintain records-management processes; validate data quality; identify trends or discrepancies; and prepare decision-support products for management. 2) Researching, interpreting, and applying policies, regulations, and statutory requirements governing data administration, records management, privacy, retention, and related program operations; providing recommendations to ensure compliance and improve procedures. 3) Leading or serving as a principal representative in meetings, working groups, and cross-functional teams; coordinating stakeholders; resolving issues; and communicating technical and program information clearly through written correspondence, briefings, reports, and oral presentations. 4) Utilizing Adobe Acrobat software to create, edit, redact as authorized, convert, organize, combine, and quality-review electronic documents and document packages in accordance with organizational records-management and administrative requirements. 5) Designing, planning, developing, and independently managing documentation and project deliverables to meet mission requirements, improve organizational effectiveness, and support leadership decision-making. For GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing Microsoft Office software to assist with data analytics, records management, and data maintenance; 2) Researching policies and statutory laws governing data administration policies; 3) Participating in meetings and work groups and communicating with others in both written and oral communications; 4) Utilizing Abode Acrobat software to edit, modify and combine documents; 5) Designing, planning and writing documentation including correspondence, reports, manuals, and other project deliverables to meet mission requirements.
