Highly Qualified Para-Professional status -- Can be obtained by any of the options below: o Substitute teaching status / 90 college credits o ETS Para-Professional Assessments ? Self-motivated ? Ability to work with students with special needs ? Ability to assist with medical and personal needs of students ? Ability to perform other classroom duties as directed ? Must possess excellent reading and writing skills ?
