Preferred Location for this role is in the Eastern Time Zone

Build the talent and organizational capabilities that turn strategy into results:

We are seeking an enterprise leader to connect talent, succession, learning, leadership development, performance and organization effectiveness with business growth, profitability and transformation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a team and partner with the CEO, executive team, business leaders and HR colleagues to translate business strategy into the leaders, capabilities, operating models and people practices needed for long-term success. This is an opportunity to shape an integrated enterprise agenda—not simply a portfolio of standalone programs.

  • Build an integrated enterprise talent strategy, practical standards and governance that balance enterprise continuity with continuous improvement aligned to business needs.

  • Partner with the CPO and CEO to strengthen executive and Board talent discussions and translate them into senior-level succession and development actions.

  • Lead succession planning, talent reviews, critical-role planning, internal mobility and development actions that elevate Board engagement, deepen leadership pipelines and improve readiness.

  • Lead executive, manager and professional development, enterprise learning architecture, LMS governance and learning partnerships.

  • Strengthen goal setting, coaching, feedback and accountability to connect performance to business outcomes, in partnership with Total Rewards and HR partners.

  • Lead the development of operating models and organization structures that improve productivity and organization effectiveness. Integrate with total rewards to improve seamless connection between pay and performance.

  • Partner with the Transformation team on culture, engagement and change.

  • Own enterprise employee listening and engagement strategies, translating insights into practical actions that strengthen connection, reinforce company values and embed desired behaviors, in partnership with business leaders, HR and the Transformation team.

  • Lead an enterprise diversity and inclusion approach that fosters belonging, values diverse perspectives and embeds fair, inclusive practices across recruiting, development, advancement and the employee experience, in partnership with business leaders and HR.

  • Provide leadership and accountability for recruiting strategy and delivery through the Talent Acquisition leader and team, strengthening selection standards, candidate experience, and critical-role and early-career pipelines.

  • Partner with HRIS on technology and analytics to enable execution.

  • Manage external partnerships to maximize return on investment and impact through strong operating rhythms and scalable solutions.

Experience and qualifications:

15+ years of progressive experience in client HR, talent, learning, organization effectiveness, change management and talent acquisition; enterprise experience in a complex, matrixed, global or multi-business environment; strong business and financial acumen; the ability to engage with Board directors and senior leaders while translating strategy into scalable practices; and experience with analytics, technology enablement, budgets and external partner management. Bachelor’s degree required; relevant advanced degree preferred.

Impact you will enable:

More robust succession coverage and leadership readiness; increased internal movement; more effective managers; improved performance accountability, engagement and organization health; and measurable business impact from talent and learning investments.

For this specific role, you may be eligible to participate in annual and long-term incentive plans.
