-
Establish clear performance measures and reporting that connect marketing, communications, and insights investment to customer engagement, demand, pipeline, reputation, product uptake, client value, business growth, and other agreed outcomes.
-
Use data, analytics, experimentation, market feedback, and channel-level conversion insights to evaluate performance, improve effectiveness, and reallocate spending toward the highest-value growth opportunities.
-
Modernize the function through artificial intelligence, digital capabilities, marketing technology, automation, scalable content systems, and more visual and effective communications, while maintaining disciplined governance.
-
Define and continuously improve the global operating model, including decision rights, governance, planning processes, agency partnerships, resource allocation, and integrated delivery across events, web, campaigns, thought leadership, and digital storefronts.
-
Lead, develop, and inspire a diverse, high-performing global team; build critical capabilities, strengthen succession, and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
