As we scale operations and continue to optimize our manufacturing systems, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support production execution, improve operational performance, and strengthen ERP-driven manufacturing processes. Position Summary: We are seeking a hands-on Manufacturing Engineer with 5-15 years of experience to support and improve manufacturing operations in a fast-paced engineered-to-order (ETO) environment. This role will focus on production support, process optimization, routing accuracy, labor efficiency, and cross-functional execution between Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience along with Epicor ERP expertise to help drive process discipline, accurate data flow, and scalable operations. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day engineering support for fabrication, welding, paint, assembly, and final integration operations. Translate customer drawings, specifications, and engineered designs into effective manufacturing plans and routings. Develop and maintain bills of materials, labor standards, routings, and work instructions within Epicor ERP. Optimize manufacturing processes to improve throughput, reduce waste, and increase quality and on-time delivery. Troubleshoot production issues and implement practical corrective actions that minimize downtime. Partner with Production leaders to improve scheduling readiness, material flow, and shop floor execution. Drive continuous improvement initiatives involving labor efficiency, cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and workflow improvements.
