Hi-Lo Replenisher Freezer Distribution Center Address: 6200 Gordon Food Service Dr.

Pay: Starting at $23.23/hour (plus $1.00 shift premium)

• Plus, monthly performance incentives

Work Schedule:

• Sunday - Thursday work week, with Friday and Saturdays off
• 2nd Shift - 5PM-until work is finished

Essential Functions:

• Removes empty pallets from selection areas and delivers them to an assigned area.

• Replenishes selection slots as needed based on demand or suggested schedule. Updates inventory by scanning pallets and cases.

• Places inbound freight in appropriate reserve or pick slots.

• Assists the Selection and Shipping departments with pallet picks and take-outs.

• Completes assigned pallet moves before the end of the shift.

• Completes housekeeping activities on a daily basis.

• Adheres to the mission and cornerstone values and applicable practices of the organization.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

Gordon Food Service takes pride in delivering seamless order processing and delivery to our customers, and our warehouse staff is the backbone of our success. As a Hi-Lo Replenisher, you'll support our team by using a forklift to stage product in designated areas and replenish selection slots. You will also remove empty pallets from selection areas, place inbound freight in reserve or pick slots, and assist the Selection and Shipping departments with pallet picks and take-outs. You can expect to work in extreme temperatures (-25F to 100F) in the distribution center. There’s no experience required - we'll train you how to get the job done!

Does this look like you?

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have 2+ years of hi-lo or lift operator experience
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed - holidays are very important to our customers!
• We have frozen products - your ability to work in extreme cold or hot conditions (-25F to 100F) is required while you’re here.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English (to read labels, pick lists, scanners, signage, company website information related to benefits, updates, complete paperwork, and follow verbal instructions).
• Successfully pass a drug test that will assess drug usage and a background check.

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Must be able to work independently or within a team environment.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations and procedures.
• Solves routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures.
• Employees in all warehouse positions must be able to immediately perceive auditory warning signals such as bells, alarms, and horns that are used to warn employees of the start-up, movement, or approach of equipment (including forklifts, turrets, overhead cranes, conveyors, trucks, and other equipment operated inside or outside the warehouse), mechanical abnormalities, and similar risk situations during warehouse operations.
