Full job description

LPN 2:00-10:00 Shift, Gowanda, NY Wage: $29hr Duties: Count narcotics Receive report, make rounds throughout shift and check rooms Check code cart Make assignments for CNA staff Complete P Plus Station report beginning and end of shift Administer medication Complete behavior notes Complete 24 hour report, Medicare notes and progress notes Monitor meals Update care plans as needed Assist in assessment data collection Give oncoming nurse report Ensure assigned showers and skin checks are given Reviews CNA Accountability Record Completes all other duties as assigned by DON/ADON/Nurse Manager/Supervisor Subject to Reference and Criminal Background checks Starting pay is negotiable depending on experience Apply: by email: [email protected] online: www.gowandarnc.com/contact/#careers by phone: 716-532-5700 in person: Gowanda Rehab and Nursing Center, 100 Miller St., Gowanda, NY 14070
