  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, business teams, and external advisors to ensure consistent application of VAT requirements.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance compliance and operational efficiency.

  • Support projects and legislative change assessments by analyzing VAT impacts and recommending compliant solutions.

We offer a permanent contract based on a hybrid (2 days per week onsite) working mode.

About you

Relevant work experience (minimum 4-5 years) in Indirect Tax (VAT, EC Sales Lists and Intrastat), preferably in a multinational, SSC or GBS environment.

Competencies:

  • Solid knowledge of European VAT legislation and cross-border transactions.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex VAT issues and provide practical recommendations.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an asset.

  • SAP knowledge or equivalent ERP systems and strong Excel skills are highly desirable.

Behaviors:

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across stakeholders, while being an effective communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

  • Proactive mindset with a continuous improvement approach, with a high level of autonomy, ownership and accountability.

About the pay
