  • Track open requests and incidents across internal teams, follow up on blockers, and keep clients and Sales informed through resolution.

  • Review existing usage and operational dashboards, identify missing reports or alerts, and route issues to the appropriate technical owner. Summarize client activity for Sales and Product.

  • Record client feedback and recurring issues for Product review and improve operational processes as TARA grows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field required.

  • 1–3 years of experience in client service, onboarding, product operations, application support, or a similar role, ideally within financial services or trading technology.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through across multiple requests and internal teams.

  • Clear written and verbal communication, sound judgment on escalation, and confidence working directly with clients.

  • Comfort learning applications, ticketing systems, dashboards, and access workflows. Familiarity with fixed income or electronic trading is helpful.
