Global Air Logistics Specialist I

Supports premium shipments of high value products. Shipment management entire service lifecycle, intervention, and contingency support. Essential Functions - Provides door-to-door service for premium expedited time critical shipping. - Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Education High School/GED diploma required. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements. Minimum Experience One year experience in Business required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Basic computer, phone and math skills, strong written and verbal communication skills. Problem solving, teamwork and human relations skills. Ability to process, analyze and prioritize various types of information while displaying the ability to adapt to new methods and procedures. Preferred Qualifications: Preferred skills: Experience in logistics, coordination, or planning preferred. Strong critical thinking, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable managing multiple systems and prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments. Must reside within 50 miles radius of the work location (Akron, OH). Shift: 2nd shift, could include weekends. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
