  • Maintain records and documentation related to planned gifts, Sargent Society membership, donor recognition, and internal reporting needs.

  • Work with established Sargent Society members whose planned gift details have not yet been documented to ensure their gifts receive proper counting, crediting, and recognition in donor lists and related records.

  • Advance the planning and implementation of Sargent Society stewardship communications, direct marketing, events, and recognition activities.

  • Track planned giving activity and monitor follow-up items to support consistent communication and program continuity.

Policy, Process, and Coordination

  • Review planned giving questions, counting issues, and procedural matters with the Director of Leadership and Planned Gifts and other colleagues, as appropriate.

  • Help identify, clarify, and improve planned giving policies, procedures, and practices as questions arise.

  • Work closely with Finance and other Museum departments as needed to support gift processing, documentation, donor communications, and related follow-up.

  • Serve as liaison between Development and other departments, as necessary, to advance planned giving work and respond to donor needs.

  • Partner with colleagues across Development, including campaign operations and related teams, on gift counting, donor crediting, and proposal development.

  • Participate in donor events and other Museum activities that support cultivation, stewardship, and planned giving outreach.
