All Positions Require: Willing to work 5 days/week at job sites around Mat-Su Valley Weekends as needed depending on weather Reliable transportation Hard working Dependable Work well with others Bend, kneel, lift 50+ lbs. regularly Comfortable working at heights of 20-30 regularly Team Lead: Minimum 4 years of experience painting residential/commercial jobs Able to talk to customers about job process and products Schedule jobs for the week Supervise 2-4 employees Work alongside crew lead by example Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things Painter: Minimum 1 year of experience painting residential/commercial jobs Knowledge of job process Spraying experience Brush and roll experience Masking experience Teach team the proper and efficient way to do things Painter Helper: No painting experience required Quick learner
