We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance. The administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance, and financial goals.
Overview:
The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of this skilled nursing facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities to assure the highest degree of quality care can be provided to our residents at all times.
Key responsibilities include:

Oversee management and day to day operations of the facility

Fiscal management through census development, cost controls, and stringent receivable collection.

Participate in marketing activities while co-developing and implementing a marketing plan that achieves the financial goals and maintains high occupancy and premium case-mix through marketing strategies.

Provide a positive work environment for staff.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff.

We seek the following principal qualifications:

Experience as Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing facility

Administrator’s license in the state of Massachusetts is required

Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers
