We're searching for a Riyadh-based Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, so that we can deliver integrated regional marketing programmes that strengthen brand visibility, engage target audiences, generate qualified demand, and support business growth across MEA. The role combines field marketing, events, campaigns, content, digital channels, marketing technology, and performance measurement, converting regional priorities into consistent, measurable marketing outcomes.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Analyse campaign, event, and webinar performance and maintain accurate data in dashboards and CRM systems in order to produce actionable reports that demonstrate marketing contribution to regional business growth.

  • Translate regional business priorities and audience needs into practical marketing plans, campaign briefs, and activity calendars in order to drive consistent, locally relevant execution.

  • Partner with Sales, business leaders, central marketing teams, and external partners in order to coordinate events, exhibitions, webinars, and seminars and align lead qualification and follow-up.

  • Plan and execute integrated demand-generation and brand-building campaigns across events, email, digital, social media, partner, and public relations channels in order to engage priority audiences.

  • Develop and localise audience-focused content and apply agreed attribution methods in order to refine messaging, assess pipeline contribution, and recommend improvements to channel mix and targeting.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Two to four years of experience delivering integrated B2B marketing programmes in regional or multi-market environments, including events, exhibitions, webinars, seminars, and digital campaigns, with demonstrated success generating qualified leads and contributing to pipeline.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, webinar, event-management, digital, social media, and reporting platforms.

  • Strong capability in marketing planning, audience segmentation, content development, brand governance, agency and vendor coordination, budget management, data analysis, and performance reporting.

  • Effective project management, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and turn insights into practical improvements.

  • Native Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken, and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Sincere interest in making a positive change in healthcare, with experience in healthcare technology, enterprise software, or another regulated B2B industry an advantage.

By enabling flexibility in how we work and prioritizing employee wellness, we empower our team to do and be their best. Our benefits package is designed to support your health, wellbeing, and future.
