Site Manager Environmental Services Key Responsibilities:

Provides environmental services and laundry operational oversight to a single hospital to ensure a clean, safe, and compliant healthcare environment.

Directs daily operations including staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Oversees environmental services programs and initiatives to support infection prevention, patient satisfaction, operational efficiency, and organizational goals.

Monitors service quality, waste management activities, supply utilization, and environmental standards to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and best practices.

Collaborates with Infection Prevention, clinical leaders, and other departments to address environmental concerns and improve cleanliness and customer experience outcomes.

Supports budget administration, vendor relationships, and resource management while identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational effectiveness.

Provides guidance to supervisors and frontline team members. Performs environment of care rounds with departments across the facility.
Minimum Qualifications:

Required education: High School diploma or GED Equivalent

Required experience:
-
5 years in Environmental Services
-
1 to 2 years of Supervisory experience
