Full job description
Become a part of our caring community
More than a traditional project manager, the Project Manager, Sponsorship & Experiential will own the execution of a high-priority initiative while also coordinating a variety of projects across the broader team as it matures into an enterprise-wide Center of Excellence. Work assignments will involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The ideal candidate is a natural orchestrator who loves bringing order to complexity. They can zoom out to understand strategic priorities, then zoom in to manage details that drive execution. They are comfortable leading without formal authority, building alignment across diverse stakeholder groups, and keeping multiple moving pieces on track simultaneously. They thrive at creating clarity, accountability, and momentum that help teams perform at their best.
