SUMMARY: We are seeking a motivated, reliable Driller Assistant / Helper to join our crew. This is a hands-on, outdoor position that supports drilling operations and offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade with room for advancement. MINIMUM/PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor Dependable and punctual Valid drivers license (CDL preferred but not required) Previous construction, labor, or mechanical experience is a plus JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: Assist driller with daily operations and drilling procedures Load, unload, and maintain equipment and materials Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Handle tools, pipes, and drilling components Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures BENEFITS: On-the-job training Opportunities for advancement into driller positions Overtime opportunities ::: :::
