  1. Develop and own end-to-end sourcing strategies for memory categories including DRAM, NAND, and next-generation memory technologies across AI, compute, and storage infrastructure programs

  2. Lead commercial negotiations with memory suppliers and ODM partners, including pricing, volume commitments, long-term supply agreements, and joint development arrangements

  3. Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key memory suppliers, influencing supplier roadmaps, allocation priorities, and support models to align with Meta's technical and commercial requirements

  4. Conduct total cost of ownership analysis and develop cost models to identify savings opportunities and inform make-versus-buy and technology migration decisions

  5. Drive supplier RFQ processes, evaluate proposals, and formalize business awards in alignment with hardware engineering and infrastructure program timelines

  6. Partner with hardware engineering, quality, and operations teams to support memory component qualification, new product introduction pilots, and mass production ramp for AI and data center platforms

  7. Monitor and manage supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews, and corrective action plans, driving continuous improvement in yield, delivery, and quality

  8. Synthesize supply market intelligence, technology trends, and competitive dynamics for memory categories and communicate findings and risk assessments to leadership

  9. Identify and mitigate supply chain risks across the memory commodity landscape, including allocation constraints, geopolitical factors, and technology transitions

  10. Collaborate with demand planning, finance, and infrastructure operations teams to align memory procurement strategies with capacity build plans and long-range infrastructure roadmaps

Minimum Qualifications:

  2. 8+ years of experience leading supplier negotiations, drafting supply agreements, and managing commercial relationships with memory or semiconductor vendors

  3. Experience with memory technology categories such as DRAM, NAND, or emerging memory solutions in the context of compute, AI, or data center infrastructure

  4. Experience using cost modeling, total cost of ownership analysis, and data-driven methods to inform sourcing decisions and deliver measurable cost, quality, or supply outcomes

  5. Experience managing new product introduction and production ramp cycles for hardware components in large-scale infrastructure or hyperscale data center environments
