Full job description

Wire Room Technician

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Location: Starts at the Austell, GA warehouse and will transition to the new Douglasville, GA warehouse

Schedule: Monday–Friday, with one of the following shifts:

  • 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

  • 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

Overtime and occasional Saturday work may be required based on business needs.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Wire Room Technician to support wire preparation and production. Training is available on-site. The role involves operating wire-cutting equipment, following job instructions, checking work for accuracy, and meeting production goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate wire-cutting machines according to job orders.

  • Bundle wires and follow cut sheets and job instructions accurately.

  • Perform routine quality and quantity checks.

  • Complete assigned work consistently to meet production goals.

Qualifications

  • Able to perform physical work, including heavy lifting, and stand for extended periods.

  • Comfortable with repetitive tasks.

  • Able to read a tape measure accurately and perform basic math.

  • Good eyesight, attention to detail, hand dexterity, and ability to distinguish wire colors.

  • Reliable, dependable, and flexible with work schedules.

  • Able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Available for overtime and occasional weekend work as needed.

  • Must wear steel-toe shoes that cover the ankle .
