Full job description

Responsibilities Serves as part of the Cardiovascular (CV) executive management team focused on promoting the mission, vision, and values of Piedmont Healthcare Corporation (PHC), embracing a person-centered philosophy while promoting cardiovascular services across the continuum and enhancing value-driven outcomes. Leads the administrative, operational, and clinical functions of the Cardiovascular Operating Rooms (CVOR) and Perfusion teams. Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized college or university Required

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration Preferred

Work Experience

  • 7 years of experience working in an inpatient hospital setting with three (3) of those years in progressive leadership roles. Required

  • improvement or strategic project management preferably in continuous improvement, transformation and management functions Required

  • Significant experience in productive physician/caregiver relationship building and relationship management Required

  • Clinical cardiovascular experience and/or management experience in an interventional cardiovascular program and/or open heart program Preferred

  • Experienced in manipulating and managing complex data sets and making data driven decisions. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • None Required

  • Six Sigma and PMP certification Preferred
