Insurance Sales Agent | Aaron Budnick Agency | Farmers Insurance Laingsburg, MI Turn Your Sales Skills Into a Long-Term Career The Aaron Budnick Agency is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our growing team in Laingsburg. This role is built for someone who enjoys talking with people, working toward goals, and having control over their earning potential. Previous insurance experience is a plus, but it isn't required. If you have a background in sales, customer service, banking, retail, automotive, hospitality, or another customer-facing environment, we can provide the insurance training and mentorship to help you make the transition. What You'll Be Doing

• Connect with prospective customers through agency-provided leads, referrals, outbound calls, networking, and community relationships

• Ask the right questions to understand each customer's needs and identify coverage opportunities

• Provide quotes and recommend Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance solutions

• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospective customers

• Cross-sell additional products to help customers build more complete insurance protection

• Build long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

• Work toward individual production goals while contributing to overall agency growth

• Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product training, and professional development

• Confident communicator who enjoys connecting with new people

• Motivated by goals, results, and the opportunity to increase earnings

• Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently

• Persistent and able to keep moving after hearing “no”

• Coachable and willing to learn new sales strategies

• Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple prospects at once

• Previous sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience preferred

• Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licensing preferred, or willingness to obtain
