What You'll Do As an Insurance Sales Trainee, you'll learn how to help individuals, families, and businesses understand their insurance options while building strong client relationships.

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and outreach

• Learn how to identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage

• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

• Follow up with prospects and build long-term client relationships

• Work toward individual and agency sales goals

• Manage leads and follow-ups using CRM tools

• Participate in ongoing sales and insurance training

What We're Looking For You don't need an insurance background to get started. We're looking for someone who:

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships

• Is motivated by goals, achievement, and earning potential

• Is confident, persistent, and willing to step outside their comfort zone

• Takes coaching well and wants to continuously improve

• Is organized, dependable, and consistent with follow-up

• Has sales, customer service, or other client-facing experience preferred, but not required

• Holds an insurance license or is willing to obtain the required licensing

• Bilingual skills are a plus
