This is a sales-focused position designed for people who want more than just another job. You'll develop valuable sales and business skills, work directly with customers, and have opportunities to increase your earning potential as you grow. No previous insurance experience? That's okay. If you have strong people skills, a competitive mindset, and the willingness to learn, we'll help you build the insurance knowledge you need. What You'll Be Doing You'll spend your day connecting with people, learning what matters to them, and helping them find insurance solutions that fit their needs. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Connecting with prospective customers through leads, referrals, phone calls, and outreach

  • Asking questions to understand each client's needs and priorities

  • Preparing quotes and explaining coverage in a way that's easy to understand

  • Selling Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products

  • Following up consistently with leads and open quotes

  • Building relationships with new and existing customers

  • Identifying opportunities to provide additional coverage

  • Managing your sales pipeline and customer communication

  • Working toward individual and agency production goals

  • Participating in ongoing sales coaching and professional development

You'll have opportunities for training, coaching, and hands-on experience as you develop your knowledge of insurance products and the sales process. A Property & Casualty insurance license is required to sell insurance.
