Full job description

Implement pre-release case plans with offenders.

This includes evaluating their progress, discharge outcomes and aftercare planning referral services to include employment, vocational rehabilitation, housing, etc.

Collaborate and recruit local/state partners.
-
Must be prepared to facilitate classes when needed.

Maintain documentation of all services provided.

Prepare and present monthly reports.

Assist in developing and implementing tracking mechanisms.

Provides input to improve the quality of programming and services.
Must successfully complete four (4) weeks of SCDC Basic Training upon hire

State of South Carolina Minimum Requirements: A high school diploma and relevant program experience.
SCDC Minimum Requirements:

A high school diploma and relevant experience in program development, implementation, and oversight.

Bachelor's degree may be substituted for required program experience.
